DAY
8: JERUSALEM / JORDAN
Depart after breakfast
for transfer to border between Israel and Jordan. After crossing
border at the Allenby Bridge, the group will be met by local tour
guide and deluxe motorcoach. Enjoy an orientation tour of Jerash
and visit one of the finest examples of preserved Roman civilization
in the area. After visit, transfer to Amman for dinner and
overnight. (B,D)
DAY
9: PETRA
After
breakfast, depart hotel for a full day tour of Petra, the
city often called the “red rose city” because of the unique color of
its architecture. After passing through the sole entrance of the
“lost city” (on foot or by horse), visit the Tombs and Treasury and
other important sites. Return to Amman for dinner and overnight.

10: JORDAN / ISRAEL
Depart
Amman to the Allenby Bridge. En route, visit the interesting city of
Madaba, where the oldest maps of the Holy Land exist on the floor of
St. George’s Church. Continue to Mt. Nebo – site reported to be the
burial place of Moses. Continue to cross border into Israel and
transfer to hotel in Jerusalem area for special “Farewell Dinner”.

8: JERUSALEM / MT. NEBO / PETRA, JORDAN
After breakfast
travel across the border into Jordan where we will visit Mt. Nebo
where Moses saw the Promised Land. Visit Mukawir, where Salome
danced and John the Baptist was imprisoned and beheaded. Then visit
Kerak and the Crusader Castle. This evening experience an
unforgettable candle-lit "Petra by Night" tour. (B,D)

9: PETRA
After
breakfast, depart hotel for a full day tour of Petra, the

its architecture. Located in the biblical land of Moab and made
famous in the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. After passing through the sole entrance of the
“lost city” (on foot or by horse), visit the Tombs and Treasury and
other important sites.

10: PETRA / TABA (Egypt)
After
breakfast, transfer to TABA border (Egypt). Continue through the
Sinai Peninsula for an overnight stay near St. Catherine's Monastery
and Mount Sinai. Dinner and overnight in Sinai. (B,D)
Day 11:
Sinai / Cairo
Very early in the morning (2:00
a.m.), we will have the chance to climb Mount Sinai and watch
the spectacular sunrise and view of southern Sinai. Mount Sinai is
believed to be the location where the children of Israel received
the Ten Commandments. View the Byzantine Chapel; and Modem Mosque at
the summit before descending down to the famous St. Catherine's
Monastery, build in the sixth century to protect what was believe to
be the Burning Bush in which God first revealed Himself to Moses.
The Monastery is most renowned for the unique collection of precious
objects, and the library with its collection of old manuscripts.
Continue to Cairo for dinner and overnight.

Cairo
Full day tour of Cairo. Includes:
ancient capital of Memphis, the Step Pyramids that can be
seen at Sakkara. We continue to Giza home of the three
Great Pyramids, and The Sphinx. Dinner and Overnight in

Day 13:
Cairo
Full day tour in Cairo & continue to
see more wonders of Egypt: Egyptian Museum, home of the
treasures of King Tutankhamon and the Coptic Museum. Explore the
famous Citadel of Saladin and enjoy a panoramic view of
Cairo. See Old Cairo; see the Hanging Church, Abu
Serga Church. Visit the Church of St. Mary where many people
witnessed the Miraculous Apparitions of Blessed Mary, the
Alabaster, as well as the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Dinner
and overnight in Cairo. (B,D)

Cairo /USA
Depart Cairo
early in the morning and arrival to USA in the same day.
